Yoonho brings a unique set of expertise that includes running a start up, mobile telecommunications and product strategy consulting.

Shawn Stover serves as the Vice President of SmartHome Solutions for GE Appliances (GEA), a Haier company. In his role, he is responsible for the initiatives that fuel the growth and profitability in the connected space. Stover is passionate about thoughtful innovation and bringing real value to product owners through forward-thinking smart home technologies.

Stover also leads the SmartHome Solutions IoT strategy to develop a portfolio of products and custom possibilities that deliver convenience and peace of mind. The SmartHome Solutions group aims to transform the heart of the home and how owners experience the kitchen, laundry, and many of life’s everyday moments. It combines the GEA Connected Technology and Information Technology teams, which are charged with helping owners manage their business or households in new and more efficient ways.

Kihyun Jung

Kihyun Jung leads Platform Business where he manages LG’s Smart Home business P&L as well as its new platform-based business opportunities, ranging from devices, services and operations. Kihyun specializes in P&L management, product management and biz development, as well as marketing and sales operation, while scaling up early stage operation to global scale, especially in tech sector.

Prior to joining LG Electronics, Kihyun served as a Country Managing Director for Meta in Korea, Chief Business Officer at LINE Corp. in Tokyo, Chief Product Officer at SK Planet in Seoul and SF, and Product Manager at Google Inc in Mountain View.

Kihyun holds BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University, and MBA from Haas School of Business at Berkeley.

Selahattin Köksal

Head of IoT & Digital Strategy – Vestel

Selahattin Köksal is the Head of the IoT & Digital Strategy Department at Vestel. He is leading the Product Management, Digital Strategy and Business Development teams for IoT services and connected products.

He has the responsibility for defining the related project road maps, business plans, product offerings, and developing digital strategies.

From his point of view, interoperability and digital service concepts are essential for providing a better smart life experience to partners and end-users. He thinks that these concepts will increase the value offered to consumers and help them in every aspect of their lives.

As someone who closely follows new trends, he also believes that innovative approaches of blockchain, energy management, and sustainability will also play an important role in IoT.

Linsey Miller

Senior Vice President, Services and Business Development – Resideo

At Resideo, Linsey leads the global Services organization and its Business Development team. Resideo is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of technology-driven products and solutions that provide comfort, security, energy efficiency, control and life-saving monitoring to customers worldwide. Linsey brings more than 24 years of experience in the technology industry, including consumer electronics, semiconductor, mobile infrastructure, embedded computing, energy-efficient power conversion and data center computing. Prior to joining Resideo in her positions with Emerson Network Power (Artesyn) and subsequently Advanced Energy, Linsey established the company’s Hyperscale Solutions business unit, and was its vice president of Product Management and Marketing for embedded computing products. Linsey graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Marketing, and is an alumna of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. In her standards and industry trade experience, Linsey has served on the Open Compute Project foundation committees, as a Fellow in the Infrastructure Masons digital infrastructure organization where she is an IM100 award recipient, and as part of the PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group embedded computing organization.

Mustafa Uğuz

Technical Leader – Arçelik

Mustafa Uğuz was born in Turkey in 1981. He received a B.S. degree and M.Sc. from Middle East Technical University, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in Ankara, Turkey. In his Ph.D. study, he has been at Middle East Technical University, Informatics Institute. He has studied on cybersecurity, cloud computing, ubiquitous computing and smart grids. His Ph.D. thesis is about the smart grid transformation in Turkey.

Since 2004, he has been working for Arçelik as a Technical Leader. Mustafa Uğuz administered and managed several research programs and product development projects in academia and private sector, funded by the Turkish State Agencies, TUBITAK, EU H2020 and Industry. He was assigned by TUBİTAK as a member of TUBİTAK Display Technologies Focus Expert Group. For the time being he is the chairman of TOBB Digital Transformation Task Force. He is the chairman of TOBB R&D Centers and University-Industry Collaboration Commission and the Executive Board Member of ECİD (Turkish Electronic Devices Manufacturers Association). He is also the Arçelik representative at DIGITALEUROPE, APPLIA and EEBUS in Brussels.

Marco Bulgheroni

Chief Technology Officer – Electrolux

Marco Bulgheroni has worked at Electrolux Group since 2004 and in early 2023 became the company’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the company’s Digital Technology and Product Technology organizations. His focus is to drive the Electrolux Group technology strategy, enabling the product lines to deliver the best consumer experience globally. This ensures a strong, scalable and meaningful technology foundation across the Group’s broad product portfolio.

Marco has held various R&D positions at Electrolux Group and prior to his current role was Head of Global R&D, Food Preparation. Before joining Electrolux Group, Marco worked at appliance company Whirlpool.

Marco is based in Forli, Italy.
